1. Complaints from customers on a certain product / service

Resa is a customer service at the Yoyo Milk company. Yoyo milk is one of soy products. This milk is made from soybeans and contains protein which is almost equivalent to cow's milk. On 6th November 2019, Yoyo Milk Company received a complaint from a customer, Meivita. Meivita is a customer who buys 50 packs of Yoyo Milk. She complained because the milk did’nt arrive for 1 week. She checked the packet and realize the packet not yet sent. Resa check the customer product order data to make sure the order is there or not. After checking, the shipping service returns meivita’s orders to Yoyo Milk Company because the destination address is not right. Resa apologize for the mistake and and will send back Yoyo Milk ordered by Meivita.

2. Office conversations : small talk and work related

After Resa gets a complaint from a customer who named Meivita, Resa tells the manager that a customer is complaining about the order. The manager asks Ressa to report the incident to the sales department. after that the manager gathers the staff for a meeting with the sales department. The meeting about how to handle the complaint from customer who did'nt received her order. To make customer happy we agreed to give a bonus to the customer in the form 10 packs of Yoyo milk.

3. Meeting to solve problems

After getting a few complaints from customers, the manager held a meeting. The meeting discussed about purchasing higher quality raw materials, delivery speed, and reducing human error. purchasing higher quality raw materials can result in greater expenditure, but can add new customers. for speed delivery problems, can be overcome by replacing shipping services with a faster one. The manager explained that to prevent human error, it could not. but can be reduced by way of catching errors early. When an error occurs during the process, often the problem causes the next process also be hampered. The meeting also contain how to make the company being a bigger and great in this milk industri. We will become a company that provides the best quality and minimizes complaints from customers. the company will provide the best product.
