1. Complaints from customers on a certain product / service Resa is a customer service at the Yoyo Milk company. Yoyo milk is one of soy products. This milk is made from soybeans and contains protein which is almost equivalent to cow's milk. On 6th November 2019, Yoyo Milk Company received a complaint from a customer, Meivita. Meivita is a customer who buys 50 packs of Yoyo Milk. She complained because the milk did’nt arrive for 1 week. She checked the packet and realize the packet not yet sent. Resa check the customer product order data to make sure the order is there or not. After checking, the shipping service returns meivita’s orders to Yoyo Milk Company because the destination address is not right. Resa apologize for the mistake and and will send back Yoyo Milk ordered by Meivita. 2. Office conversations : small talk and work related After Resa gets a complaint from a customer who named Meivita, Resa tells the manager that a customer is complaining about the order.
